童国庆，2017年毕业于南京大学电子科学与技术专业，获工学博士学位。2018-2021年，在日本冲绳科学技术大学院大学（OIST）从事博士后研究，合作导师为国际能源材料领域著名科学家 Yabing Qi（戚亚冰）教授。主要从事 1）半导体薄膜材料的表面/界面研究及其在光电子器件和储能电池中的应用；2）粉末冶金材料及新技术。探索了大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池模组的气相/液相制备工艺，开发出世界首个大于90 cm²工作寿命超1000 h的钙钛矿电池模组。近年来，在Science, Nat.       Energy, Adv. Energy. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy，等国际期刊发表论文30+篇，多篇论文入选EIS高被引（Top 1%），其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文19 篇，授权专利4项。部分工作先后被Advanced Science News, Materials Views China, OIST News, Solar       daliy, ChemistryViews…作为亮点报道，多项研究成果视频被国内外新闻媒体转载播放。长期担任 Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater.,       Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Sci., ACS Energy Lett., Sci. Bull., Solar       RRL, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces（系列）, Sci. China.       Chem., IEEE J.
